The Administration Department is responsible for the execution of all orders, resolutions and policies of the Rock County Board of Commissioners. The County Administrator serves as the principal administrative officer for the County Board in the supervision of department heads who are engaged in directing county departmental operations. Administration is responsible for the preparation of County Board meeting agendas and the Official Proceedings of County Board meetings. Further responsibilities include preparation of the county budget; capital improvement plan; risk management and safety plan coordination; labor negotiations; data practices; and Emergency Management.
